[Construction Example] Three-Dimensional Geocell Method "GeoWeb Retaining Wall Method"

Capable of accommodating changes in gradient! We propose the design and construction of retaining walls tailored to on-site needs.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "GeoWeb Retaining Wall Method" using the 3D Geocell construction method. In this project, it was necessary to implement protective work for a slope that changes from a 5:1 cut slope to a 2:1 slope over a length of approximately 16 meters due to road improvement work. The method adopted is a product made by continuously pressing high-density polyethylene sheets into a honeycomb shape, allowing for the construction of a retaining wall structure by filling the expanded GeoWeb with crushed stone and soil while stacking it in a stepped manner. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - It was necessary to implement protective work for a slope that changes from a 5:1 cut slope to a 2:1 slope over a length of approximately 16 meters due to road improvement work. ■Results - By adjusting the setback width while stacking in a stepped manner, it was possible to construct a retaining wall that accommodates the changing slope. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Case] Steel Face Protection Method "Geometaframe Method"

We propose a method for slope protection that follows subsidence deformation using rapid slope embankment construction techniques!

We would like to introduce a case study on the construction method for steel slope protection called "Geometaframe." To construct a sediment control dam, it was necessary to build a construction access road. We used cement-based solidifying materials to create a steep embankment and were in the process of constructing the access road. However, due to repeated heavy rains, the improved embankment slope collapsed. By installing this product at the slope face during the embankment construction and placing a drainage prevention sheet on the inside of the wall, it became possible to construct the improved embankment while protecting the slope. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenges - There was a need to construct a sediment control dam for disaster recovery work. ■ Results - We were able to prevent slope erosion due to rainfall, thus protecting the access road from damage. - Reduced the labor required for post-construction work on-site. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Example] Slope repair. Rich in flexibility, suppressing the initial movement of loose stones and floating rocks.

Case study using Ribmat Green R-20! Conducted in October 2019 (R1).

This is an introduction to a case where the "Tezak Super Lock (G-spec)" was installed for rockfall prevention as part of the municipal land improvement project slope repair work. The project was commissioned by the Chikuma City Hall in Nagano Prefecture and was carried out in Nagano Prefecture. The area covered was 150m², implemented as a rockfall countermeasure and prevention. This method utilizes the flexibility of wire ropes and the restraining and supporting power of anchors to suppress the initial movement of loose stones and boulders scattered on the slope. [Case Overview] ■ Project Name: Municipal Land Improvement Project Slope Repair Work ■ Location: Nagano Prefecture ■ Date of Construction: October 2019 (R1) ■ Area: 150m² ■ Purpose: Rockfall Countermeasure and Prevention *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
